  • Paintings exhibition Paint and Clay
    Paintings exhibition Paint and Clay
    Date: 23 May 2010 to 20 June 2010
    Venue: Gallery K 101 to 103 Heath Street London NW3 6SS

Details: Gallery K in Hampstead welcomes back two artists who express themselves in completely different mediums: potter Sotis Filippides and painter Ann Eastman. This exhibition finds the meeting point of their imaginative minds both create organic structures and forms that have their source in the earth. Every artist’s work inevitably contains echoes from his past.

Sotis hopes that when people see and touch his ceramics they will find their own memories hidden within them. Ann is trying to convey the power of nature often controlled by man but not always to the degree he arrogantly imagines.
